The ideal solution
Ideally you want to produce floors with an integrated underfloor recyclable. What makes this difficult is the underlay, which is often made from a different material than your top layer, like cork. Removing the underlayer from the top layer is a daunting task and essentially not an option. The ideal solution would be an underfloor made from the same material as your top layer. That is precisely what ISOBLACE offers.

ISOBLACE: Making your floor recyclable
ISOBLACE is an underfloor not based on any specific material, but on the combination of an intelligent structure and the insulating properties of air. This allows ISOBLACE to be adapted to the material of your top floor, such as PVC, TPE, TPU, vinyl, or rubber. This way, we can make your floor recyclable together. Because the top floor and underfloor are made of the same material, the two layers do not need to be separated for recycling.
Fully circular
ISOBLACE aims to contributes to a fully circular process. We not only help make a floor recyclable but also are also happy to take over the waste from the production process of floor manufacturers to process it into ISOBLACE underfloor. Using recycled floors for the production of ISOBLACE is also possible, thus closing the circle together.
Private Label Recyclable Underfloor
ISOBLACE is designed for a wide range of applications, both as a standalone underfloor (ISOBLACE BASIC) and as an integrated underfloor. For wholesalers and flooring manufacturers, we can develop the ISOBLACE underfloor tailored to fit the desired properties exactly.
