To ensure that the request is made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your ID with the request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.
